Misael Condero (Cuba)
The Artists
Misael Espinosa Cordero was born in Santiago de Cuba, a musical country where he was surrounded by Salsa music and dance. From an early age he loved to dance which led him to train in singing, dance and acting at the Escuela de Instructores de Arte Pepito Tey, Santiago de Cuba. Performing in the international festival of choir in Santiago de Cuba, Singing on a National TV with Kiki Corona and other Famous Artists in the Tribuna Abierta, political-cultural event where some of the most important ministers were present like the now current president of Cuba Raul Castro.
Since moving to the UK he has focused on teaching Salsa, as well as performing in various local shows. He strives to promote the Cuban style of Salsa and introduce people to Cuban music. His patience and lively character ensure that his classes are relaxed and fun to participate in yet serious and he relishes seeing people improve their dancing. Recently he appeared on the local TV, ITV Wales "THE WALES SHOW" Teaching Salsa. Also in locals News papers, magazines.
